Cannot connect to IQ2 Development software

  1. Connect to XPORT with Device Installer

  2. Set to default settings:

    • Go to web configuration

    • Press “Apply default”

    • Press “Apply settings”

3. Reload Device setting

4. Setup CPU “High” performance

  • Go to web configuration

  • Open “Server” tab

  • Select “High” in CPU performance mode

  • Press “Done”

5. Setup Serial Port speed:

  • Open “Serial connection”

  • Select “921600” baudrate

  • Press “Done”

Press “Apply settings”
