If iqTool/iqPDCT cannot establish communication with connected device, try next step:

1.3.   Unfold tab “COM & LPT”

1.4.   Connect iqLink/iqInterface device to PC

1.4.1. The new port was created and operated correctly

in this case please connect to IQ2 Development support (support@iq2-development.de) with problem description and what a PC was used:

  • Windows version

  • PC producer

  • Modell

1.4.2.The new port was created but marked as operated incorrectly

please reinstall a driver. The new version can be found in https://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

It is important to install VCP (not Direct) drivers !!!
