Connect iqInterface to Windows PC with appropriate Connection

Connect tested hardware to iqInterface:

1. IO-Link device as DUT (device under test)

Tested IO-Link device should be connected to iqInterface Master port

2. IO-Link master as DUT (device under test)

Tested IO-Link Master should be connected to iqInterface Device port
