Impossible to find a device with Device Installer

If find Device Installer cannot find a connected device:
1. Try to connect device to network with DHCP server. Check if device was appeared in DHCP server software
2. If previously Static IP address was used.
Configure Local PC with the same Network, Subnetwork and Mask and try to find again
